My vote would be for calendars and T-shirts. A calendar requires a lot more invovlement, but has potential for repeated sales (new one every year) and gets members involved.

H391B Inquiry

Hi Everyone,

I'm considering purchasing a Helio 391B, which would be my first helio. Currently a cub pilot. I would be using it in Alaska mostly for family recreational use. I was interested to hear people's thoughts on this aircraft pros/cons and considerations including the GO435 engine. I was curious about peoples experiences with maintanence costs, engine rebuilds, all the normal questions. I know the plane has a lot of weight on the tale, and was also curious about tailwheel options with t… Continue

Experimental with H800 wings

I have a wrecked H800 I bought last summer. The wings are repairable and most of the steel cage is intact. My plan is to duplicate the steel cage and extend tubing to the tail creating an all steel cage and making a tube and fabric fuselage. All dimensions of the structure and locations of components will match the original Helio. Purpose is to try to build lighter and get into Homebuilt experimental class . I have discussed this with the local FAA office and received affirmation from them for m… Continue
